The Febei family has been present in Orvieto since the mid-1200s and its members have always held important roles in this city. The last parental bond was with the Piccolomini family, from this union the Piccolomini-Febei family was born. The suite is located in the medieval part of the palace, dating back to the second half of the 13th century. The external wall is made of Orvieto tuff and inside it is possible to admire a large arch also made of tuff with a double ring and three typically medieval openings. The suite is equipped with a living room, a study area, a bathroom with a “free standing” bathtub with a large shower compartment and independent toilets as well as a large walk-in closet.
